So every weekend, I sat down and planned our weeknight meals. I kept a running list of our dinner options on the fridge, and this really took the "stress" out of the inevitable "What do you want for dinner tonight?" conversation. I'm not a stickler, saying: We WILL have this on Monday, and this on Tuesday. I leave the list on the fridge and go with it. It helps when deciding what needs to come out of the freezer, etc. Almost four years later, I'm still meal plannin'.
So with that, I thought it might be fun and helpful to do a Meal Plan Link-Up so we can share lists {y'all know I L.O.V.E. a list}, recipes and ideas! So grab a button and join me next Monday to link up your meal plan!
I recently just started meal planning so maybe this link up will help give me ideas!
ReplyDeleteI hope so! I can always use a few more dinners to add into rotation!
DeleteLooking forward to the link up! I try and plan 3-4 meals a week then just wing it for the other nights ;)
ReplyDeleteThanks, Ashley!
DeleteYay!! Can't wait for this!
ReplyDeleteThanks, girl! Hoping for a few more recipes and tips to add to my collection!
DeleteThis is a great idea! I have been trying very hard to plan 3-4 meals for dinner during the week and stick to them. It is making me get into a routine of cooking and hubby is liking coming home to cooked meals. This will be perfect to be able to see what other people are planning and hopefully get good ideas for cooking. I will definitely be linking up next Monday!!!
ReplyDeleteIt has been so helpful in our house, but I can always use a few more recipes and tips!
